These Intro students were willing to take a break on their own projects yesterday to help out with the grocery shelves for the Market on the Hill. They did a great job of working together to get a lot accomplished in a short amount of time!

Mt. Pulaski Schools conducted a “lockout” in both schools by request of the Mt. Pulaski Police Department due to a local incident. The “lockout” has been lifted and both schools are once again operating as usual. The local incident had no connections with the schools; the lockout was a precaution for student and staff safety.

In just a few days, the next phase of the high school construction project begins. Yesterday, all students were asked to clean out their PE lockers. Today, the last of the furniture is being moved out of Mr. Deibert’s office. Beginning tomorrow, Wednesday, March 4, the locker rooms will be closed for the reminder of the school year. Demolition will begin on Thursday and the asbestos abatement will begin on Monday, March 23. This is a very exciting time at Mt. Pulaski High School. We look forward to new locker rooms in the fall.
